FMA REDDOT Shopping Weekis designed to encourage consumers to explore their local shopping hubs and discover some of the unique retailers available here in Vancouver. The REDDOT Shopping WeekCampaign will highlight 5 key shopping districts within the Greater Vancouver Area just in time for the holiday spending spree. The event will support the Vancouver retail and hospitality industry by creating a shopping experience to consumers in Vancouver’s distinct shopping neighborhoods with special store events and sales throughout the week.
This fun and exciting initiative will kick off with a Launch Pad Party in each district as a meeting point for shoppers who will then be sent off to explore that area’s various charms. Shoppers will be able to navigate each district’s area and stores with a unique mobile app.
The fun doesn’t just stop at your traditional retailers. This shopping event includes art galleries, hair salons, spas, furniture stores, car dealerships and even real estate agencies. To encouraging overnight stays during the shopping week,REDDOT Shopping Week organizers are working with our community partner Tourism Vancouver to coordinate special hotel rates for the shopping week.

It’s all about our local business’ who are so valuable to our city.” says the Founder and Creator, Andy Chu. “It’s an added bonus that this great shopping experience, complete with sales and parties, will be held during the important pre-holiday season.”
Participating retailers and partners will be working with REDDOT Shopping Weekto help raise funds and awareness for the Tapestry Foundation in support of The Rapid Access Breast Clinic at Mount Saint Joseph Hospital. The Clinic is one of the largest clinics in the province providing screening mammography, diagnostic imaging and specialized breast surgery services.
